Chinese New Year Parade

NRJ-API-LGBT organized a contingent of more than 60 API clergy and religious marchers in support of the GAPA (Gay Asian Pacific Alliance) float in the 2006 San Francisco Chinese New Year parade. |

We wanted to let people know that there are LGBT-affirming Asian Christians. |

...and awesomely supportive API pastors! |

We also wanted to increase the visibility of Asian Christian LGBTs. |
 |
It was exhilarating to march in the streets of San Francisco with millions of people waving and cheering from the sidewalks. A good time was had by all! Look out for us in the 2007 San Francisco Chinese New Year Parade. |
