The Network on Religion and Justice for Asian and Pacific Islander Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender people (NRJ-API-LGBT) is a
network of
working to nurture and support efforts toward a fully LGBT-inclusive Asian and Pacific Islander Christian community.
The NRJ is currently funded and coordinated by the Racial Ethnic Roundtable Project of the Center for Lesbian and Gay Studies in Religion and Ministry.

Rev. Elizabeth Leung, PhD, a Coordinating Minister for the Racial Ethnic Roundtable project at the Center for Lesbian and Gay Studies in Religion and Ministry, is the part-time coordinator for the NRJ-API-LGBT.
Rev. Leung is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ with ecumenical experiences in Catholic, Evangelical, Baptist, Presbyterian, Mennonite, Lutheran traditions.
She facilitates bible studies for API queers and allies in the areas of gospels spiritualities, sexuality in the bible, theology and the bible. She also conducts sexuality education and anti-heteronormative Christian spirituality workshops in churches, and speaks on panels about intersections of sexualities, ethnicities and gospel-oriented Christianity.
As a scholar of Christian Spirituality, Dr. Leung teaches graduate theology courses in Christian mysticism, sexuality and Christian spiritualities, LGBT religious concerns from postcolonial perspectives, and has published in the Belgian journal Studies in Spirituality. She is a Hong Kong native and is fluent in her native Cantonese and English.
